Company Check Up
When the business situation is particularly critical and the solution to the problem is objectively complex and difficult to resolve, it is recommended to conduct a business audit performed by external professionals, a true business Check Up of the entire organization or of one or more areas or functions.

The Contract Manager Check Up is usually entrusted to a team of at least three managers who gather data and information within the company by interviewing top management and first-line managers of key functions. The audit lasts between 20 and 40 calendar days and concludes with the presentation of the analysis, diagnosis, and action plans to the Board of Directors to address the critical situation.
Contract Manager has developed its own original methodology refined through more than one hundred Check Ups. The value of the Check Up conducted by the Contract Manager team lies in the independence of judgment, the depth of the analysis, and the validity of the proposed solution strategies.
Once the strategy is identified and agreed upon, the proposal is implemented in the subsequent management phase by the Contract Manager team as an integrated temporary management project.
