This is the most important phase of a temporary management assignment and starts with the recruitment of the Temporary Manager in the required position. The manager is introduced to the internal managers and takes on his role after obtaining the necessary mandates.
During the management phase, the quality of the work and the level of customer satisfaction are verified through periodic progress evaluation meetings. The meetings are attended by the Temporary Manager and the Quality Manager from Contract Manager and representatives of the client. During the assignment, the Temporary Manager must take care of his succession, participating in the internal selection process of the right resource to ensure management continuity.
The temporary management assignment can last from 6 to 36 months.
Contract Manager has adopted an organizational model compliant with Legislative Decree 231/2001.
