Contract Manager is a strategic partner for Private Equity funds by providing experienced Temporary Managers, who integrate specific sector skills with deep experience in value creation.
Our intervention focuses on two critical areas: the timely coverage of strategic managerial positions and the management of investments that require restructuring and turnaround.
Contract Manager can provide “Operating Partners,” namely managers focused and expert in specific sectors to support the pre-analysis of opportunities and the acquisition and build-up process.
Operating Partners can be involved from the initial phase of project study, participating in:
- the evaluation of the investment opportunity and in the drafting of the action plans underlying the business plan, with particular focus on generating value growth,
- the support the advisors in the business due diligence phase,
- the ‘post-acquisition‘ recruitment of the managerial resources needed for the implementation of the business plan,
- the delivery of the project, providing detailed monitoring of management performance and managing the adaptation of the Business Plan in response to unexpected scenario changes.
