Temporary Managers

Our Temporary Manager database includes over 10,000 managerial profiles, widely differentiated by function and sector. The Temporary Managers are typically professionals around 50 to 60 years old who have extensive managerial experience in top positions. Most of them are already working as consultants and undertake temporary or project-based assignments, making them available on short notice.

The way we work

Project base

The managers, selected with the client, are integrated into the company for time-limited projects for which they assume direct responsibility. To address the typical challenges of the project, they are supported by a Contract Manager partner with specific industry experience, who participates in the project in a supervisory and coordinating role (which, if requested, can also involve taking on a position in the Board of Directors or as a Chief Restructuring Officer).

Temporary

The managers are selected with the client, contracted by Contract Manager, and integrated into the organization through a consulting agreement signed between the client and Contract Manager.

They provide their services for a fixed period, maintaining maximum flexibility to extend or reduce the duration of the assignment in line with the evolving business needs. The duration of assignments can vary between short-term projects, typically lasting between 9 and 12 months, and more strategic projects that may last up to 18 to 36 months, in particular when they involve restructuring and recovery interventions.

Fractional

Similarly to temporary assignments, fractional managers are selected in collaboration with the client, contracted by Contract Manager, and integrated into the organization through a consulting agreement signed between the client and Contract Manager. Fractional managers provide their services for a fixed period but not on a full-time basis, dedicating only a few days a week or month to the assignment, determined by the actual needs of the company. This solution is suitable for companies or business units in a startup or transition phase, for roles in finance, marketing, IT and many others, and for assignments that tend to have a longer duration.
