Contract Manager and TIM Management introduced temporary management to Italy in the late 1980s to provide managerial support to companies during restructuring phases as well as during periods of growth and development, both in Italy and abroad.
In February 2025, the merger with TIM Management created the largest Italian firm operating in the temporary management sector. After the merger, the new company decided to invest in the Contract Manager brand.
