  • Establish a positive relationship with creditors (suppliers, banks, tax agencies, etc.) in crisis situations.<\/li>\n

    For the Negotiated Settlement agreements, Contract Manager can offer independent parties with adequate competence to be responsible for the recovery process (Chief Restructuring Officer \u2013 CRO). The appointment of these parties is highly recommended for the credibility of the Recovery Plan and when repayments are foreseen for the benefit of creditors, conditioned to the achievement of income or financial results (earn out).<\/p>\n
