Since June 2007 Contract Manager has been governed by an Administrative Board of three members whose aim is to achieve more team work and less susceptibility to weakness in management.

	Aldo Dell'Oro is Member of the Board and has been with Contract Manager since 1995. He is the strategic, commercial brain of the Board. Thanks to his great capacity for analysis and diagnosis and the rigorous methods he applies, we are able to sound out all the options and quickly choose the right one.
	Angelo Vergani is the Managing Director. He is the entrepreneurial and marketing mainstay of the Board. Thanks to his enthusiasm and business flair, we succeed in attracting valuable complementary resources to our project.
	Gianpietro Vezzoli partner since 2010 . He is expert in all the details of administration not only in control systems and in reporting to top management, but also in turnaround situations and international taxation. He is an administrator with an entrepreneurial style, always ready to take up new professional challenges in Italy and abroad. He has held several important assignments in the role of Chief Financial Officer even in listed companies.
