In Europe

In 1994, before international temporary management structures existed, we decided to create a European entity to act as a link between the leading temporary management companies in the individual European countries. Hence we set up TMG In Holland, Transition Management Group B.V. with headquarters in Amsterdam. The mission was to supply companies in different countries within a short time frame with local managers who could deliver effective solutions for business problems in other countries in Europe.

Today TMG has six partners in Italy.

Switzerland – AIM ad Interim Management – Zurich, founded in 2002 by three managers from a company in the sector. In a very short time AIM ad Interim Management has become the interim company benchmark in Switzerland.
Germany – Boyden Interim Management, the largest German company in the interim sector in which Norbert Eisenberg operates.
Spain – D.T. Directores De Transiciòn S.L. founded in 1995 by Rafael Alvarez Novoa and based on a French model of turnaround management, the most important company in the transition management market in Spain.
Holland - Corporate Recovery Management B.V., set up in 1983 by Karel D. Waagenaar, a true pioneer in the sector in Europe.

All members of TMG B.V. operate with the same methods exclusively in the temporary management sector, which in Europe is defined in various ways (interim, transition, turnaround). All the companies take responsibility for the assignments and provide a “turnkey” service using short term managerial resources drawn from their exclusive networks of managers.

Numerous cross border temporary management assignments have been carried out since 1994 in Europe, Asia, America, Africa and Eastern European countries including Russia.
