Team
The strength of Contract Manager lies in its professional approach and wide choice of managerial resources, consisting of Partners and Senior Managers who have worked together for many years. All members of the Team work exclusively for Contract Manager.The Team is divided in two complementary groups.
CORE TEAM consisting of five Partners and four Senior Managers
SPECIALIST TEAM consisting of three Senior Managers – specialists in the functions of Administration and Control, Purchasing and Logistics
Team members carry out the assignments in person or act as “shadow managers”.
Managerial resources are selected from the “Contract Manager Network”, a wide network of managers who have worked with us in the last twenty years or who are already on our database.
