The Managers
Sometimes clients ask us “But who are these contract managers? Where do they come from? What are they doing at the moment? How do you select them?” The answers are not simple as the topic has several aspects. In a word we could say that our contract managers are “the product of history” of our twenty years of temporary management.Contract managers, whether men or women, are always keen to learn more, driven by a desire to take on and solve new managerial problems. They are usually between 40 and 65 and sometimes older. They have all had an outstanding career with excellent results and a wide range of experience in a multinational context or family firms. These are managers who have worked with us for up to twenty years or managers who are working with us for the first time but who are supported and supervised by senior managers in the company.
Some managers work for us on an ongoing basis. Others work on a project for two or three years and then take time off. There are managers who work for us just for one specific project. Some managers can adapt to different tasks, for example in the General Management of mechanical or plant engineering companies. Some highly specialist managers cease to work with us once they have carried out their assignment. It can definitely be said that once someone has worked for Contract Manager s.r.l., he or she is a contract manager for life and will always be able to work with us whenever an interesting project comes up, depending on their interest and availability.
Contract Manager’s management resources are divided in five categories:

| SHORT LIST MANAGERS: | over 300 managers who have worked with us in the last 20 years |
| CM NETWORK MANAGERS: | about 3,500 managers who make up the Contract Manager s.r.l. network Dirigenti (managers of recognised status in the Italian system) already selected and considered suitable for temporary management. |
Thanks to our team, the short list and the CM network, we can select the best manager to solve any problem we are asked to address in a very short time (seven to twenty-five days). In theory we can take on any type of management problem.
