Temporary, interim, turnaround management
Temporary management took off in Italy when our company was set up in the late eighties. We are proud to have made history and to have helped small, medium and large Italian and multinational companies to manage complex and urgent problems of business transformation. We are proud to have created a new sector in Italy, which has allowed many managers to find new, stimulating professional work.
Temporary management, as we see it, is a stimulating profession, of enormous value in emergencies, when there is a management gap, a business-critical situation, restructuring or growth to be achieved. At the same time as the news of this new important organization emerged, the Specialist Team was set up. This team, divided in three specialist business areas, consists of dedicated resources to support managing directors in the tasks of restructuring, reorganizing and making better evaluations of specific problem areas within the company.
